The organization was started as the Seekonk Tigers in the 1950’s. In 2007, the Seekonk Tigers changed its mascot to the Warrior like our Senior High School football team. SJW is a full contact football league accepting participants from Grades K – 8. With the Seekonk High School Warrior football staff, SJW teaches youth football players the fundamentals they need for high school and beyond.
Our Mission Statement
It is the goal of the Seekonk Junior Warriors Organization to provide a safe, enjoyable, affordable football and spirit experience for the youth of Seekonk Massachusetts. It is the objective of the organization to inspire the youth to practice the ideals of good sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness while providing the young men and women with a unique and memorable experience. The Seekonk Junior Warrior Organization also operates in accordance with the Seekonk Junior Warrior Bylaws under the guideleines of American Youth Football and Blackstone Valley Football and Cheer Conference.
