The goal of Blackstone Valley is to provide a healthy and safe environment for young people ages 5 through 15, inclusive, to learn football, cheerleading, and the principles of good sportsmanship irrespective of their age, gender, nationality, religious beliefs, athletic ability, or ability to pay registration fees.
